# Notion

> Connect your Notion workspace

Connect Notion for live access to your pages and databases. Changes in Notion are immediately available—no syncing required.

## Connect

1. Click **Connect Notion**
2. Select your workspace
3. Choose pages/databases to share
4. Click **Allow access**

## What Your Agent Can Do

* Search across shared pages
* Read page content and database entries
* Use content to answer questions

## Managing Connection

| Action      | How                   |
| ----------- | --------------------- |
| View status | Green = connected     |
| Open Notion | Click **Open Notion** |
| Disconnect  | Click **Disconnect**  |

## Configuring Tools

After connecting, go to [Actions](https://app.usecrow.ai/actions) to toggle specific capabilities.

## Change Shared Pages

1. Disconnect current connection
2. Reconnect and select different pages

## Troubleshooting

| Issue                | Solution                            |
| -------------------- | ----------------------------------- |
| Connection failed    | Enable popups, try again            |
| Content not found    | Check pages were shared during auth |
| Need different pages | Disconnect and reconnect            |
